Why do microwave pans have frying and grilling functions?

No, it cannot be used in a regular oven. The pan has a maximum heat resistance. The high heat generated directly from the oven will melt the silicone, destroy the special alloy. This baking pan is designed for microwave and is safe to use.
What are the dimensions of the pan? Will it fit in my 600W microwave?
The outer size of microwave grill pan is 9.5*10*1.5in. Fits most microwave ovens.
The cooking times specified of the instruction manual is for 600W. Please adjust the times according to your microwave’s wattage.
Is there an instruction manual provided? Why are my grilled steaks and chicken cutlets not turning out well?

Before grilling, thaw the steak or chicken cutlets, ensuring they are less than 2cm thick, and marinate them in advance.
Why are my frozen French fries and chicken wings not crispy but more soggy?
The power of each microwave oven is different, the time required to heat food is also different. You only need to try it a few times to gradually master the optimal heating time for various foods.
