1. Place the scale on a flat and level hard surface formeasurement.The default power-on unit is oz. Unit conversions are memorized as long as power is on.

2. Press the power button to turn on the scale.Waituntil the screen displays zero before measuring.

3. To change the unit of measurement, press the ‘UNIT’ button (located beneath the scale) until the LCD display indicates the desired unit of measurement.

(1) When the current display unit is oz, the unit switching sequence is as follows: oz → lb:oz → fl’oz (water)/fl’oz (milk).

(2) By short-pressing the UNIT button in sequence, the unit switching sequence is as follows: g → ml (water)/ml (milk).

4. Press the mode button to select either milk or water volume measurement mode.

This scale only supports decimals when in ounce mode. When weighing in g/ml mode, decimals are not displayed
Easy to Use: A quick tare function allows for easy integration with other containers; units can be easily converted between g, oz, ml, and lb:oz. To change units, press the “UNIT” button (located below the scale) until the LCD display shows the desired unit. The backlit LCD display provides clear readings.
