What is the Waterproof Rating of this valve?

The motor’s housing is rated at IP67 for ingress protection. If permanently installed outdoors, it is recommended to place it under a shelter or in a protective box to prevent prolonged exposure to rain. For more details, please refer to Picture 1.

What is the difference between N.C. (Normally Closed) and N.O. (Normally Open) ?

In a N.C. valve, it’s closed without power and opens when energized. Conversely, in a N.O. valve, it’s open without power and closes when energized, blocking fluid or gas flow. For more details, please refer to Picture 2.

What is the difference between Full Port and Standard Port?

In a full port valve, the internal diameter of the valve is the same as the pipe it’s connected to. In a standard port valve, the internal diameter of the valve is smaller than the pipe size. For more details, please refer to Picture 3.

How to Install the Motorized Ball Valve?
