Cacio e pepe butter beans recipe

Tip in the butter beans and cheese, and stir until the cheese has melted. Pour in a spoonful of the reserved bean liquid at a time until the sauce has emulsified and is creamy. Remove from the heat and drizzle over a little olive oil, if you like. Serve with crusty bread and seasonal greens, if you like.
